At Pro Cabinet Source, we stand behind the quality of our custom cabinets and services. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail policies.
All custom cabinets are made to order based on your specific measurements and design preferences. Please review all specifications carefully before approval.
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of contract signing for a full refund of all payments made, provided that production has not yet begun.
If production has not begun, cancellation is possible with a 15% administrative fee to cover design work and administrative costs.
Once production has started, cancellation fees will apply based on the percentage of work completed. Refunds will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
