These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at procabinetsource.com and our cabinet design, manufacturing, and installation services.
2. Services Description
Pro Cabinet Source provides custom cabinet design, manufacturing, and installation services including:
- Custom kitchen cabinet design and installation
- Bathroom vanity design and installation
- Custom built-in storage solutions
- Cabinet refacing services
- Design consultation services
- Professional installation services
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Order Process
All orders begin with a consultation and design phase. Final pricing and timeline will be provided in a written estimate that must be approved before work begins.
3.2 Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required upon contract signing
- 25% payment due at start of production
- 25% final payment due upon completion
- Payments accepted via check, credit card, or financing options
3.3 Price Changes
Prices are subject to change based on material costs and design modifications. Any changes will be communicated and approved in writing before implementation.
4. Timeline and Delivery
Standard production and installation timeline is 6-8 weeks from contract signing. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and material availability.
Important Note
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, material shortages, or changes in project scope may affect the original timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
5.1 Product Warranty
- Lifetime warranty on cabinet boxes and structural components
- 10-year warranty on hardware and mechanisms
- 5-year warranty on finishes and surfaces
- 2-year warranty on installation workmanship
5.2 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications made by parties other than Pro Cabinet Source.
6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1 Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of contract signing for a full refund. After production begins, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.
6.2 Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pro Cabinet Source's liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective products or services. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products or services in question.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and intellectual property created by Pro Cabinet Source remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive a license to use designs for their specific project.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
